Dresdene is an experienced human resource executive, coach and consultant. A solution-oriented and innovative pioneer with a solid record of accomplishments developed through the implementation of many organizational “firsts”. A strategic business partner knowledgeable in the execution of efficient organizational transitions. Skilled as a change agent, Dresdene is experienced in maintaining operational performance as well as financial and service results.
Dresdene is unique, having experienced both corporate operational and business support roles. She is a credentialed manager responsible for establishing, consolidating and realigning critical business areas (quality, utilization and risk management and performance reporting) to enable the initiation of new systems, definition of new business processes and responses to litigation and regulatory compliance issues.
A native New Yorker who has lived in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, California and Texas, Dresdene has interacted with the business environment across this country in the areas of education and healthcare and has served a diversity of populations and perspectives. She is and has been involved in a variety of community and professional organizations, Georgia 100, Society for Human Resources Management, and the Governor’s Council on Healthcare Information, to name a few. Dresdene has been the recipient of numerous awards including the 2002 President’s Award for Women of Color in Health, Science and Technology, and numerous leadership awards. Most recently he was awarded Action’s 2006 Woman of the Year and was a 2006 Stevie Award finalist for Mentor of the Year. She received a BA in Sociology from Lincoln University and a Master’s from Columbia University in Adult & Higher Education.
