Solutions For Today’s Enterprise
As I was searching for a quote on goals and objectives yesterday to be used in a presentation to a networking group I stumbled on the following. It seemed a little incoherent the first time I read it, but I finally “got it” on the third reading. Give it a try and see how you like it and if it makes sense to you:
“I’d rather be a could-be if I cannot be an are: because a could-be is a maybe who is reaching for a star. I’d rather be a has-been than a might-have-been, by far; for a might-have-been has never been but a has was once an are.”
Milton Berle
